At a physician's consultation for my sleep apnea, my medical professional motivated me to reduce weight. I had gotten about 35 pounds in less than nine months, and she was worried for my overall health.

Weight loss is possible if you stay devoted and consistent. If you do the work, you can alter your life. You can't get outcomes without work. The most important piece of my change is not what you see on the outside-the gains I've made psychologically and the increase to my self-esteem and confidence are far higher than the number on the scale. I am happy that I worked on myself within and out. My life has dramatically improved!
